These terms apply when you use yourfrx.com, eventsfrx.com, community.yourfrx.com or their subdomains, attend an FRX event, or receive messages from FRX LLC, "FRX," "we" or "us." By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Text Messaging Terms
- Program: FRX Updates. Recurring texts from FRX about your assessment results, events and the Community Call, resources, and FRX services, including offers.
- How you join: by checking the text-message consent box on one of our forms. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent with automated technology, and some replies may come from an FRX AI assistant.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You'll get one confirmation text and then no more. You can also opt out by emailing us or by telling us in any other reasonable way.
- Help: reply HELP, or email info@eventsfrx.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
- You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the number you give us, or have the account holder's permission. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first.
When you share your email with us, we may send you what you asked for and occasional FRX updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works right away.
Calls and AI assistants
If you agreed to calls, FRX or an FRX AI assistant may call the number you gave us, using automated technology or an artificial or AI-generated voice. AI assistants identify themselves as AI, and you can ask for a person at any time. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we tell you at the start when they are. Tell us to stop calling at any time.
Our content
Everything on our sites and at our events, including the assessment, guides, frameworks and recordings, belongs to FRX or its licensors. You may use it for your own business. You may not resell, republish or use it to train AI models without our written permission.
Not professional advice
Assessments, guides, calls and events give general business education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Paid FRX engagements are governed by their own signed agreement.
Events and community calls
Be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts an event or call, or uses it to spam or solicit attendees. Sessions may be photographed, recorded or streamed. By attending, you agree that FRX may use these recordings, including your image and voice, to promote FRX. If you'd rather not appear, tell us.
Disclaimers and limits
Our sites and materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, FRX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will post them here with a new date.
