Kati has evaluated more than 3,200 companies and helped more than 500 of them scale. She started her career in educational seminar sales, learning how to hold a room and move people to act, and went on to serve as COO of three companies.
She kept seeing the same pattern: talented owners stuck as the ceiling of their own companies. They were dreamers, connectors and relationship builders, yet they spent their days in spreadsheets, funnels and sales scripts. She built FRX to close that gap.
On stage, Kati is direct, warm and practical. Owners leave her sessions knowing which seat they should be sitting in and what to hand off first.
